Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream until completely smooth.
- Add white vinegar and a small splash of water to loosen the mixture.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and a tiny pinch of sugar.
- Whisk until creamy and fully blended with no lumps.
- Adjust thickness with additional water, one teaspoon at a time, until pourable but still rich.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier sauce, increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
