Description

Tender seared steak bites tossed with cheesy rotini in a rich, creamy cheddar sauce — a one-pan comfort feast.

Ingredients

  • Steak (sirloin or ribeye, cubed)
  • Rotini pasta
  • Sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika; sear in butter over medium-high heat until browned and medium inside. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt more butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Worcestershire; simmer gently.
  5. Add cheddar cheese, whisking until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss pasta into the sauce, then fold in seared steak pieces.
  7. Serve hot, topped with a sprinkle of cracked pepper and extra cheese.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute rotini with any pasta of choice.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
