Description

Ingredients
- Steak (sirloin or ribeye, cubed)
- Rotini pasta
- Sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Heavy cream
- Butter
- Garlic (minced)
- Salt & black pepper
- Paprika
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika; sear in butter over medium-high heat until browned and medium inside. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt more butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and Worcestershire; simmer gently.
- Add cheddar cheese, whisking until melted and smooth.
- Toss pasta into the sauce, then fold in seared steak pieces.
- Serve hot, topped with a sprinkle of cracked pepper and extra cheese.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute rotini with any pasta of choice.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
