Instructions
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar and mint extract; mix until fully combined.
- Fold in whipped topping gently to keep the dip light.
- Add a drop or two of green food coloring and mix to a pale mint color.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly throughout.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
- Chill briefly or serve immediately with cookies.
