Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
- Melt butter in a pan over low heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and warm gently without boiling.
- Crumble in gorgonzola and stir until melted and silky.
- Toss in cooked pasta, adding pasta water to loosen if needed.
- Fold in toasted walnuts and grated Parmesan.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
