Ingredients
- Baby potatoes (halved)
- Heavy cream
- Garlic (minced)
- Butter
- Parmesan
- Chicken or veggie broth
- Parsley
- Salt & pepper
- Paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Boil baby potatoes until fork-tender; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add broth and cream, simmering until slightly thickened.
- Stir in parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
- Add potatoes to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes to absorb flavor.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and use vegan butter.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
