Ingredients

  • Baby potatoes (halved)
  • Heavy cream
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Butter
  • Parmesan
  • Chicken or veggie broth
  • Parsley
  • Salt & pepper
  • Paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil baby potatoes until fork-tender; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add broth and cream, simmering until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
  5. Add potatoes to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
  6. Simmer 2–3 minutes to absorb flavor.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and use vegan butter.
