Description
Tender seared steak bites smothered in a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce, served with fluffy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 russet potatoes (for mash)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut steak into bite-sized cubes, season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high, sear steak bites until golden brown on the outside (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, whisking until sauce thickens and becomes smooth. Season to taste.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss in the creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes until tender, mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Plate creamy mashed potatoes, top with steak bites and extra sauce, garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Ensure the steak is at room temperature before cooking for even searing.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for desired doneness.
