Description

Tender seared steak bites smothered in a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce, served with fluffy mashed potatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 russet potatoes (for mash)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes, season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high, sear steak bites until golden brown on the outside (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, whisking until sauce thickens and becomes smooth. Season to taste.
  5. Return steak bites to the skillet, toss in the creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
  6. Meanwhile, boil potatoes until tender, mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper.
  7. Plate creamy mashed potatoes, top with steak bites and extra sauce, garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Ensure the steak is at room temperature before cooking for even searing.
