Description

A quick and delicious creamy garlic herb chicken pasta dish that can be prepared in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 8 oz Rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs; sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until sauce thickens.
  5. Toss pasta into sauce, adding reserved water if needed for consistency.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and coat lightly with sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Feel free to substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables for a different variation.
  • Make sure to reserve enough pasta water to achieve the desired sauce consistency.
