A quick and delicious creamy garlic herb chicken pasta dish that can be prepared in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 8 oz Rotini pasta
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs; sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until sauce thickens.
- Toss pasta into sauce, adding reserved water if needed for consistency.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat lightly with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Feel free to substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables for a different variation.
- Make sure to reserve enough pasta water to achieve the desired sauce consistency.
