Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooked white rice (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until sauce thickens.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, coat evenly in the creamy sauce.
  6. Cook rice separately until fluffy.
  7. Serve creamy garlic butter chicken over a bed of rice, sprinkle parsley on top.
