Instructions
- Finely mince or grate the fresh garlic until almost paste-like.
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to create a silky texture.
- Stir in garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Adjust acidity with extra lemon juice if needed.
- Sprinkle paprika or chili flakes on top.
- Finish with chopped parsley and chill briefly before serving.

- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of chili flakes.
