Description

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool completely.
  2. Peel and finely chop hard-boiled eggs.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, relish, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Fold in cooled macaroni, chopped eggs, celery, and red onion.
  5. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated and creamy.
