A delightful salad featuring crisp grapes coated in a sweet cream cheese dressing, topped with a buttery brown-sugar pecan crunch.
Ingredients

- 2 cups green and/or red grapes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping + dressing)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Optional: 1/4 cup crushed toffee bits
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Wash, dry, and keep grapes whole.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, a spoon of brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fold grapes into the creamy mixture until fully covered.
- Mix pecans with brown sugar (and optional toffee).
- Transfer salad to a serving bowl; sprinkle crunch topping heavily over the top.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes so the dressing thickens.
- Add extra pecans before serving for texture.
Notes
- For a sweeter salad, adjust the amount of brown sugar to taste.
- Can be made a few hours in advance for convenience.
