Description

A delightful salad featuring crisp grapes coated in a sweet cream cheese dressing, topped with a buttery brown-sugar pecan crunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups green and/or red grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping + dressing)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Optional: 1/4 cup crushed toffee bits
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, and keep grapes whole.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, a spoon of brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold grapes into the creamy mixture until fully covered.
  4. Mix pecans with brown sugar (and optional toffee).
  5. Transfer salad to a serving bowl; sprinkle crunch topping heavily over the top.
  6. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes so the dressing thickens.
  7. Add extra pecans before serving for texture.
