Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 8 oz spaghetti (cooked)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked spaghetti with shredded chicken in a large bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese with chicken broth, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and pasta; toss to coat completely.
  4. Spread into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top generously with mozzarella and parmesan.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm and creamy.
