- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 8 oz spaghetti (cooked)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cooked spaghetti with shredded chicken in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, melt cream cheese with chicken broth, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and pasta; toss to coat completely.
- Spread into a greased baking dish.
- Top generously with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm and creamy.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with milk.
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
