Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup crispy beef bacon, crumbled
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and cream to form a smooth Alfredo sauce.
  4. Season the sauce with nutmeg, salt, and pepper; stir in Monterey Jack cheese until melted.
  5. Fold in the gnocchi, chicken, broccoli, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and golden, about 20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
