Instructions

  2. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy; remove and set aside, leaving drippings.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet, season, and cook until golden and cooked through.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  5. Pour in cream and a splash of pasta water; simmer gently until thickened.
  6. Add pasta, Parmesan, and bacon; toss until glossy and fully coated.
  7. Finish with parsley and extra black pepper; serve immediately.
