- 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, black pepper & Italian seasoning to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, then pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until creamy and smooth.
- Toss pasta into the sauce, coating evenly with the rich beef mixture.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
