Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper & Italian seasoning to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, then pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese until creamy and smooth.
  6. Toss pasta into the sauce, coating evenly with the rich beef mixture.
  7. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
