A rich, ultra-creamy baked pasta with layers of spaghetti, seasoned ground beef marinara, cream cheese sauce, and melty mozzarella.

- Spaghetti (12 oz / 340 g)
- Ground beef (1 lb / 450 g)
- Mozzarella cheese (2 cups shredded)
- Cream cheese (8 oz / 225 g, softened)
- 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz / 680 g)
- 1 cup sour cream (or heavy cream)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Boil spaghetti until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, season with salt/pepper, garlic & onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir in marinara sauce.
- Whisk together cream cheese + sour cream until smooth. Combine with the cooked spaghetti.
- In a greased baking dish, add creamy pasta layer, pour beef marinara on top, and finish with mozzarella.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F / 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until bubbling and golden.
- Broil 1–2 minutes for a browned cheesy top. Garnish with parsley.
- Let rest 5 minutes for cleaner slices.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use heavy cream instead of sour cream.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for added nutrition.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
