Description

Creamy, festive truffles packed with tangy cranberries and crunchy pistachios in a smooth white chocolate shell.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling or firming mixture)
  • Extra melted white chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. Heat heavy cream until steaming, then pour over chopped white chocolate; let sit 2 minutes.
  2. Stir into a smooth ganache; mix in vanilla and sea salt.
  3. Fold in cranberries and pistachios, then chill 1 hour until scoopable.
  4. Scoop and roll into truffle balls; freeze 15 minutes to firm.
  5. Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate and place on parchment.
  6. Sprinkle extra pistachios and cranberries on top before coating hardens.
  7. Refrigerate until fully set and serve chilled.
