- 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling or firming mixture)
- Extra melted white chocolate for coating
Instructions
- Heat heavy cream until steaming, then pour over chopped white chocolate; let sit 2 minutes.
- Stir into a smooth ganache; mix in vanilla and sea salt.
- Fold in cranberries and pistachios, then chill 1 hour until scoopable.
- Scoop and roll into truffle balls; freeze 15 minutes to firm.
- Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate and place on parchment.
- Sprinkle extra pistachios and cranberries on top before coating hardens.
- Refrigerate until fully set and serve chilled.
