Ingredients
- Turkey breast (boneless or bone-in)
- Cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)
- Fresh orange juice + zest
- Honey or maple syrup
- Garlic (minced)
- Rosemary + thyme
- Salt & pepper
- Butter (for rubbing turkey)
- Dried cranberries (for topping)
Instructions
- Rub turkey breast with softened butter, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme; place in a roasting dish.
- In a saucepan, simmer cranberry sauce, orange juice, zest, honey, and garlic until glossy.
- Brush half the glaze over the turkey.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Brush on the remaining glaze and continue baking 15–25 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Scatter dried cranberries on top and broil 2 minutes for caramelized edges (optional).
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing; spoon extra glaze over the top.
