Ingredients

  • Turkey breast (boneless or bone-in)
  • Cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)
  • Fresh orange juice + zest
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Rosemary + thyme
  • Salt & pepper
  • Butter (for rubbing turkey)
  • Dried cranberries (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Rub turkey breast with softened butter, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme; place in a roasting dish.
  2. In a saucepan, simmer cranberry sauce, orange juice, zest, honey, and garlic until glossy.
  3. Brush half the glaze over the turkey.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, basting halfway through.
  5. Brush on the remaining glaze and continue baking 15–25 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  6. Scatter dried cranberries on top and broil 2 minutes for caramelized edges (optional).
  7. Rest 10 minutes before slicing; spoon extra glaze over the top.
