Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Brie cheese (cut into cubes)
- Cranberry sauce or fresh cranberries
- Sugar (if using fresh berries)
- Egg wash
- Orange zest (optional)
- Fresh rosemary (garnish)
Instructions
- Cut puff pastry into 12 squares and press into a greased muffin tin.
- Add a cube of brie into each pastry cup.
- Spoon cranberry sauce on top (or cook fresh cranberries with sugar until glossy).
- Brush exposed pastry edges with egg wash.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a touch of orange zest.
- Serve warm while the brie is perfectly melty.
Notes
- For a sweeter tartlet, use cranberry sauce instead of fresh cranberries.
- Ensure the puff pastry is thawed before use for best results.
