Description

Flaky mini pastries filled with molten brie and topped with glossy sweet-tart cranberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • Brie cheese (cut into cubes)
  • Cranberry sauce or fresh cranberries
  • Sugar (if using fresh berries)
  • Egg wash
  • Orange zest (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut puff pastry into 12 squares and press into a greased muffin tin.
  2. Add a cube of brie into each pastry cup.
  3. Spoon cranberry sauce on top (or cook fresh cranberries with sugar until glossy).
  4. Brush exposed pastry edges with egg wash.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a touch of orange zest.
  7. Serve warm while the brie is perfectly melty.

  • For a sweeter tartlet, use cranberry sauce instead of fresh cranberries.
