Description

A wildly creamy, cheesy, bacon-studded chicken pasta baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz Penne pasta
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup Heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook penne until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a pot, melt cream cheese with heavy cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and half the cheddar.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and bacon until evenly coated.
  4. Fold in the cooked penne, mixing until fully sauced.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until bubbly and browned on top.
  7. Sprinkle parsley over the hot pasta and serve.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute penne with any pasta of choice.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
