Ingredients
- Thick-cut steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
- Irish whiskey cream sauce
- Mashed potatoes
- Butter
- Heavy cream

- Dijon mustard
- Worcestershire sauce

- Parsley or chives
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper; sear in a hot oiled skillet until crusty and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and rest.
- In the same pan, add butter and garlic, sautéing briefly.
- Deglaze with a splash of Irish whiskey and let it reduce.
- Add cream, Dijon, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper; simmer until thick and silky.
- Prepare mashed potatoes with butter, cream, salt, and chopped herbs.
- Return steaks to the pan to warm in the sauce.
- Serve steaks with a generous pour of whiskey sauce and herb mash beside them.
