- ¼ cup toasted shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan.
- Whisk flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix coconut milk, egg, melted butter, and lime zest.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon batter into donut molds and bake 12–14 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and lime juice for the glaze, tint lightly green if desired.
- Dip cooled donuts into glaze and top with toasted coconut.
