Ingredients

  • ¼ cup toasted shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan.
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix coconut milk, egg, melted butter, and lime zest.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
  5. Pipe or spoon batter into donut molds and bake 12–14 minutes.
  6. Mix powdered sugar and lime juice for the glaze, tint lightly green if desired.
  7. Dip cooled donuts into glaze and top with toasted coconut.
