- 1 cup Full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds (optional, for thickness)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup Toasted coconut flakes
- Optional: protein powder or Greek-style plant yogurt
Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, and coconut cream.
- Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Add chia seeds if using and mix until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir well before serving, adding a splash of coconut milk if needed.
- Spoon into bowls and top with toasted coconut flakes.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, add more chia seeds.
- Can be made vegan by using plant-based yogurt.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
