Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add mushrooms and cook until browned and moisture releases.
  3. Stir in garlic and paprika; cook briefly until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and sauté until just cooked through.
  5. Pour in cream, Dijon, and Worcestershire; simmer gently.
  6. Stir in sour cream until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  7. Season to taste and finish with parsley before serving.
