Instructions

- Add mushrooms and cook until browned and moisture releases.
- Stir in garlic and paprika; cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add chicken and sauté until just cooked through.
- Pour in cream, Dijon, and Worcestershire; simmer gently.
- Stir in sour cream until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Season to taste and finish with parsley before serving.
