Ingredients
- Almond flour (1 cup, super-fine)
- Powdered sugar (1 ¾ cups)
- Egg whites (3 large, room temp)
- Granulated sugar (¼ cup)
- Vanilla extract (to taste)

Instructions
- Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together until perfectly fine.

- Bake at 300°F for 12–15 minutes until feet form. Cool fully.
- Fill with vanilla buttercream and decorate tops with festive piped shapes.
