Instructions
- Gently melt peanut butter with butterscotch (or peanut butter) chips until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Add chow mein noodles or cornflakes, coating fully.
- Scoop rustic mounds onto parchment paper.
- Spoon or drizzle melted chocolate over each haystack.
- Chill in fridge 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Best enjoyed at room temp for maximum crunch.
