Description

A luscious triple-layer cheesecake with rich chocolate, silky citrus cream, and glossy ganache.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
  • 8 oz Dark chocolate (melted)
  • Zest and juice of 1 Fresh orange
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Orange marmalade
  • 8 oz Semi-sweet chocolate (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, orange zest, and juice.
  3. Pour filling over crust and bake at 325°F for 55–65 minutes until center is slightly set. Cool completely.
  4. Warm orange marmalade slightly and spread evenly over chilled cheesecake.
  5. Heat heavy cream and pour over chopped semi-sweet chocolate; stir until glossy.
  6. Pour ganache over the marmalade layer and smooth the top.
  7. Chill at least 4 hours before slicing. Garnish with fresh orange slices.
