- 16 oz Cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
- 8 oz Dark chocolate (melted)
- Zest and juice of 1 Fresh orange
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate cookie crumbs
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Orange marmalade
- 8 oz Semi-sweet chocolate (for ganache)
Instructions
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, orange zest, and juice.
- Pour filling over crust and bake at 325°F for 55–65 minutes until center is slightly set. Cool completely.
- Warm orange marmalade slightly and spread evenly over chilled cheesecake.
- Heat heavy cream and pour over chopped semi-sweet chocolate; stir until glossy.
- Pour ganache over the marmalade layer and smooth the top.
- Chill at least 4 hours before slicing. Garnish with fresh orange slices.
