Instructions

  1. Bake two red velvet cake layers at 350°F until set; cool completely.
  2. Prepare edible cookie dough using butter, sugar, vanilla, heat-treated flour, and mini chocolate chips; chill.
  3. Make a thick chocolate fudge filling by melting chocolate with a splash of cream.
  4. Place the first cake layer on a board, spread the fudge, then add a thick, even layer of cookie dough.
