Instructions

  1. Melt butter and marshmallows in a pot until smooth; stir in melted chocolate.
  2. Add gingerbread spice, then fold in crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
  3. Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan and allow it to cool slightly.
  4. Use a gingerbread-man cookie cutter to cut out shapes.

  6. Pipe white icing to create faces, outlines, and decorative squiggles.
