Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 cups Green cabbage (chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Neutral oil (for frying)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
  3. Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  4. Add cabbage and toss until just wilted but still slightly crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  6. Stir-fry quickly until everything is glossy and well coated.
