- 4 cups Green cabbage (chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 inch Fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil (for frying)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
- Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Add cabbage and toss until just wilted but still slightly crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Stir-fry quickly until everything is glossy and well coated.

- Adjust the amount of chili flakes based on your spice preference.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
