Description
A boozy pink dessert shake loaded with cherries, cream, and indulgent liqueurs—pure velvet in a glass.
Ingredients
- Vodka (1 oz)
- Coffee liqueur (1 oz, like Kahlúa)
- Cherry liqueur (1 oz)
- Irish cream liqueur (1 oz)
- Heavy cream or milk (1 oz)
- Cherry ice cream or vanilla ice cream + cherry syrup
- Whipped cream
- Crushed cherry cookies or graham crumbs
- Maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Add vodka, coffee liqueur, cherry liqueur, Irish cream, heavy cream, and ice cream into a blender.
- Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.
- Drizzle cherry syrup inside a tall glass for the signature streaks.
- Pour the pink mudslide into the glass.
- Top with whipped cream piled high.
- Finish with cookie crumbs and a cherry on top.
- Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the liqueurs and use cherry soda instead.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less cherry syrup.
