Description

Creamy, spicy mac and cheese baked into muffin form with a crunchy Flamin’ Hot Cheetos crust — the ultimate snack with a kick!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 cup Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, crushed
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, whisk in flour to make a roux, then slowly add milk to create a smooth sauce.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Combine the cheese sauce with cooked macaroni and mix well.
  5. Add beaten eggs to help bind the mixture.
  6. Press crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into each muffin cup to form a crust, then spoon in mac and cheese.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and set, then cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more crushed Cheetos on top before baking.
  • These muffins can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
