Description

Mini meatloaf pockets bursting with gooey melted cheese in every bite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 Mozzarella cubes (for stuffing)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Ketchup or BBQ sauce (for topping)
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, cheddar, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
  2. Scoop a portion of meat mixture into your hand, press a mozzarella cube into the center, and seal tightly.
  3. Place each meatloaf bite in a greased muffin tin.
  4. Brush the tops lightly with ketchup or BBQ sauce.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until browned and bubbly.
  6. Add extra cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes to melt.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
