  • 2 cups shredded birria beef (slow-cooked and tender)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup birria consommé (for brushing)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Oaxaca or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
