Perfectly seasoned chicken breasts bursting with a rich, melty spinach-cheese filling.

- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 cups Spinach (fresh or thawed & drained)
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Slice a deep pocket into each chicken breast without cutting through the bottom.
- Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Stuff each chicken breast generously and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Rub the outside with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear in a hot skillet until golden on both sides.
- Transfer to oven and bake at 400°F for 18–22 minutes until cooked through and melty.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Ensure the spinach is well-drained to avoid excess moisture.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Toothpicks can be used to secure the stuffing if it spills out.
