Description

Perfectly seasoned chicken breasts bursting with a rich, melty spinach-cheese filling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Spinach (fresh or thawed & drained)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice a deep pocket into each chicken breast without cutting through the bottom.
  2. Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Stuff each chicken breast generously and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Rub the outside with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sear in a hot skillet until golden on both sides.
  6. Transfer to oven and bake at 400°F for 18–22 minutes until cooked through and melty.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • Ensure the spinach is well-drained to avoid excess moisture.
  • Adjust seasoning according to taste.
  • Toothpicks can be used to secure the stuffing if it spills out.
