Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shredded beef with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of creamy dip over each.
- Evenly distribute shredded beef and both cheeses across the tortillas.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
