Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup creamy dip or sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for crisping)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shredded beef with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of creamy dip over each.
  3. Evenly distribute shredded beef and both cheeses across the tortillas.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
