Description

Soft golden rolls stuffed with gooey mozzarella and topped with garlic butter and melted cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 dinner roll dough balls (store-bought or homemade)
  • 12 mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella & parmesan mix (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each dough ball slightly, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and pinch edges to seal.
  3. Arrange stuffed rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt; brush over rolls.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm for maximum cheese pull.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh mozzarella for a gooey texture.
  • Feel free to add more herbs or spices to the garlic butter for extra flavor.
  • These rolls are best served warm right out of the oven.
