- 12 dinner roll dough balls (store-bought or homemade)
- 12 mozzarella cheese cubes
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella & parmesan mix (for topping)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each dough ball slightly, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and pinch edges to seal.
- Arrange stuffed rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt; brush over rolls.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm for maximum cheese pull.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh mozzarella for a gooey texture.
- Feel free to add more herbs or spices to the garlic butter for extra flavor.
- These rolls are best served warm right out of the oven.
