Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar mix
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until softened; set aside.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form half the meat mixture into a loaf shape in a baking dish.
- Layer with sautéed peppers and half the cheese, then top with the remaining meat.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then top with the rest of the cheese and bake another 10–15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Ensure the meatloaf is cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
