Description

Golden-baked, stuffed with gooey mozzarella, zesty pepperoni, and buttery garlic herbs—this pull-apart bread roll is pizza perfection in every bite!


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough sheet (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and layer evenly with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
  3. Roll tightly from one end into a log and pinch seams to seal.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan; brush over the roll.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Cool slightly before slicing into thick pieces.
