- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough and layer evenly with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
- Roll tightly from one end into a log and pinch seams to seal.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan; brush over the roll.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
- Cool slightly before slicing into thick pieces.
- Serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
