Description
A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring tender penne pasta tossed in a rich garlic-butter sauce with seasoned ground beef and plenty of melty cheese.

- 8 oz Penne pasta
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Parmesan or mozzarella cheese, grated
- 4 cloves Garlic, fresh minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- Optional: red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions
- Boil penne until al dente; reserve some pasta water and drain.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef back in and toss with garlic butter.
- Add cooked penne and a splash of pasta water to coat everything evenly.
- Stir in grated cheese until it melts into a creamy coating.
- Finish with parsley and extra cheese on top. Serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute the cheese with your favorite type.
- Make sure not to overcook the penne for the best texture.
