Ingredients
- Green cabbage
- Ground beef
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Onion
- Garlic, minced
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F and line a baking dish.
- Slice cabbage into thick rounds and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Mix ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and seasoning.
- Form patties and place one on each cabbage round.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until beef is cooked and cabbage is tender.
- Top each burger with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Ensure the cabbage rounds are thick enough to hold the patties.
- Feel free to use your favorite cheese for topping.
