Ingredients

  • Small bread rolls (halved)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • Mushrooms
  • Pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice bread rolls in half and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce onto each half.
  3. Add mozzarella, then top with tomatoes, mushrooms, or pepperoni.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Add fresh basil leaves after baking.
