Ingredients
- Small bread rolls (halved)
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- Mushrooms
- Pepperoni
- Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Slice bread rolls in half and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce onto each half.
- Add mozzarella, then top with tomatoes, mushrooms, or pepperoni.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Add fresh basil leaves after baking.
- Serve warm as a snack or quick dinner.
