Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
  3. Stir in almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic, and salt to form a dough.
  4. Press dough evenly into a rectangle on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley, slice into sticks, and serve warm.
