- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
- Stir in almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic, and salt to form a dough.
- Press dough evenly into a rectangle on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley, slice into sticks, and serve warm.
