Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry or pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the rolled-out pastry dough.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the surface, then roll up tightly.
  4. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place cut-side up on the baking tray.
  5. Brush tops lightly with remaining garlic butter.
  6. Bake 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden with melted cheese bubbling on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
