- 1 sheet puff pastry or pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the rolled-out pastry dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the surface, then roll up tightly.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces and place cut-side up on the baking tray.
- Brush tops lightly with remaining garlic butter.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden with melted cheese bubbling on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs like oregano or thyme.
- These rolls are best served warm.
