Toasty garlic bread piled with saucy sloppy joe meat and blanketed in melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 6 halves Garlic bread
- 2 cups Shredded mozzarella or provolone
- 1 cup Tomato sauce / sloppy joe sauce
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with diced onion; drain.
- Add tomato/sloppy joe sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer until thick.
- Place garlic bread halves on a baking sheet and pre-toast for 5 minutes at 400°F.
- Spoon a generous layer of sloppy joe meat onto each piece.
- Top heavily with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5–7 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the meat mixture.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Use gluten-free garlic bread for a gluten-free version.
