- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Melt butter in a saucepan; sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in cream, cream cheese, broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; simmer until smooth.
- Add Parmesan and stir until thick and creamy.
- Fold in gnocchi and cooked chicken until fully coated.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish and top generously with mozzarella.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden; rest for 10 minutes before serving.
