  • 1 package shelf-stable potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan; sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in cream, cream cheese, broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; simmer until smooth.
  4. Add Parmesan and stir until thick and creamy.
  5. Fold in gnocchi and cooked chicken until fully coated.
  6. Transfer mixture to baking dish and top generously with mozzarella.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden; rest for 10 minutes before serving.
