Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a skillet to medium heat and melt butter; sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add broccoli with a splash of broth, cover, and steam until just tender.
  3. Stir in cream and seasoning; simmer gently.
  4. Add gnocchi directly to the skillet and stir to coat.
  5. Sprinkle in shredded cheese and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Simmer uncovered until sauce thickens and gnocchi are tender.
  7. Finish with black pepper and optional chili flakes; serve hot.
