- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce and beef broth; bring to a simmer.
- Add uncooked macaroni and cover, cooking until pasta is tender and liquid absorbed.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until creamy and melted.
- Sprinkle more cheese on top, cover until gooey and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
