Description

A one-pan comfort classic — tender macaroni, hearty beef, and loads of melty cheese in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce and beef broth; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add uncooked macaroni and cover, cooking until pasta is tender and liquid absorbed.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until creamy and melted.
  6. Sprinkle more cheese on top, cover until gooey and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
