- 1 lb ground beef
- 1½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned; stir in marinara sauce and seasonings.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Lay noodles flat, spread ricotta mixture, then spoon beef filling down the center.
- Roll each noodle and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Top with extra sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly; garnish with parsley before serving.
