Cheesy Beef Lasagna Rolls are a delightful twist on classic lasagna, featuring rolled noodles filled with a rich beef and ricotta mixture, topped with mozzarella and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 10 lasagna noodles (cooked al dente)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned; stir in marinara sauce and seasonings.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Lay noodles flat, spread ricotta mixture, then spoon beef filling down the center.
  5. Roll each noodle and place seam-side down in the dish.

  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly; garnish with parsley before serving.
