Golden pan-seared tortillas stuffed with seasoned beef and melty cheddar cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or slices)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ground beef with onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Lay tortillas flat, place a layer of cheese, then spoon beef filling down the center.
- Roll tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pan-sear rolls seam-side down first until golden, then turn to crisp all sides.
- Remove from skillet and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing or serving whole.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Can substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream for added flavor.
